Bug reports
Let us know which app and version you are using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. A screenshot or screen recording is always helpful and speeds up the fix considerably.
Feature requests
Tell us what problem you are trying to solve. We care more about the underlying need than the specific solution, because sometimes there is a better way to address it that we have not thought of yet.
Refunds and purchases
For App Store purchases (Stashmark, BrewGuide), refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Gumroad purchases (WindowCloser), email us directly and we will sort it out promptly.

If you are writing about our apps or would like to explore a partnership, email us with a short description of what you have in mind. We will reply if it is a good fit.
